Liz Bossley

Liz Bossley is the author of ‘Climate Change and Emissions trading: What Every Business Needs to Know’(click here), and is a recognised expert in the emissions trading industry. She is a member of the UK treasury’s carbon market expert group and an adviser to the City of London. She is a member of the advisory board of the Australian Carbon Action Group. In addition to this book she has written “Emissions Trading and the City of London” and the policy document “UK Emissions Policy Options” for the City of London. She is a regular speaker on international platforms in the U.K, Europe, Africa, the U.S.A, the Far East and Australia. She has thirty year’s industry experience and is the CEO of the Consilience Energy Advisory Group Ltd.

Dr. Stephan Singer, Director, Global Energy Policy WWF International

Since summer 2008 Director Global Energy Policy at WWF’s European Policy Office in Brussels: Co-ordination of about 40 energy and climate policy staff in Western and Eastern Europe. Overall focus areas include (i) support for domestic and European-wide implementation of sound energy policies, mainly renewable energies and energy efficiency, ensuring environmentally sound and legal framework for carbon capture and storage, (ii) promoting an ambitious European Emissions Trading System, (iii) maintaining environmental credibility of Kyoto mechanisms and (iv) co-operation with progressive industries.Ding Li Ang, Manager, Global Strategic Services.

Ding Li Ang, manager Hart's Global Strategic Service

Ang is responsible for the economics and investment analysis of the petroleum and bioenergy markets and specializes in energy market economics in Asia. Prior to joining Hart, he was a former investment analyst. During his tenure in the private equity industry, he participated in the financing of natural resources development and carbon (CDM) related projects in Asia.  Ding Li Ang graduated with a bachelor’s degree with merit in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
